Urgent Letter To: General Forain From: Marcus Stðrm

Marcus sat down with a pen and paper, if it weren't for stores he would not know how to write at all since he could not see normal words. He always got someone to read for him normally, though he didn't have to once he joined the order, he always had messages coded and always went with Brail so he could read the message himself.

"General Forain I have both good and bad news, the man with the Dragon sadly got away. However I did learn the name of him and his Dragon, he goes by Raizo, and the Dragon by Draco. I wish I had more to report but I will resume tracking him at once."

Marcus sealed the letter so it could be coded, then the message burned while the coded message was sent to General Forain. A letter would probably reach Marcus later about what General Forain had to reply...

Kilvas walked over to his door once getting the letter and he locked his door, and he sta down at his desk and started reading the letter."I was wondering when i would get this.." Kilvas opened the letter and started reading. he then pulled himself a piece of paper and something to write with.

"Hello Marcus.

I am glad you got me atleast something for me to go off of, be sure to keep track of Raizo and Draco... if i have too i myself will make a move shortly...the things i need you to figure out is what type og magic does he use , what weaponds, and other things can you figure out about him...if it becomes too hard..i will set my plan in action.

-Kilvas Forain."

With that Kilvas went out and sent the letter to Marcus, before he did he stoped and open a door tp his closet there he looked at a part of something for his place"Shortly....i might have to go in myself.."With that Kilvas closed it and mailed the letter.

Marcus began running his fingers over the paper, he was glad that Forain was not displeased with his work so far, he may yet redem his failure of not capturing Raizo and his dragon.

"If that is the case Genral, then I am pleased to annouce I have more than just the name after a couple battles with him and his dragon I have also learned that he is a dragon slayer. But he is special he has two elements, fire and lightning. He fights with a sword which cuts through magic. He has hieghtened senses from his Dragon Slayer training. That's probably all I can give"

Marcus sealed the letter again and sent it off.

Kilvas looked out of his window while reading his next letter "Hmm... i might have to move in sooner then i thought..." he said to himself.

"A dragon slayer huh? it appers i might have to show my true self to himself sooner then i thought... but my peperation are not yet done... keep a good watch on him abit more Marcus, i might have to pull a few strings and get something done to help untill if that is all to his abiltys then he might be much more of a thorn in my side then i thought.

You are good a fine job for now.

Kilvas then sent his letter back and started reading over his plans.
